Fonts, fonts, and more fonts!!

I remember when I was in grade school that my friends and I tried to create different styles of writing, we even invented a code to write our private letters between us, hahaha, it was a lot of fun. But I'm talking about the days when we had no cell phones, no Ipads, no computers with fancy fonts... This reminds of my mother's saying (that is now part of my vocabulary, too) "Back in my days..."

I try to keep up-to-date with music, TV shows, and apps so I can have something in common with my seventeen year old niece, and my sixteen and fourteen year old nephews, but phew!, don't ask me to play Angry Birds or Minion Rush because I suck at it. And these are the "easy" games. But fonts, that's something I've always liked and wanted to do.

I love fonts!! But most of the fonts that I've bought don't include Spanish symbols or characters, and that's a problem for me because I write a lot in Spanish. That's why I started to experiment with font creation and I finally achieved a group of 20 handwritten fonts that include the ñ and áéíóú. I know many Spanish teachers who want that, too. Here's one of the fonts that I made
Then, I started thinking about the names. I realized that I didn't have to think about that too much, so I started using the first thing that came to my mind, like songs, Spanish quotes or phrases, and that's how I ended up with names like "mírame guapo", "soy gorda y qué!", and "loquita por ti". Here's the complete font list
If you want to check them out, click on the image and it will take you to my TPT store.

Of course, I have a font freebie for you, this is my favorite Luis Miguel's song, "no culpes a la playa", hahaha Click this image to download it for free, I hope you like it!
This font making thing is addictive, so I'm working on a new set!! I'll also make a new freebie because I can relate with the Spanish teachers who need resources but can't spend tons of money on them. Happy teaching! Espero que les guste este que puse acá, espero sus comentarios. ;)
